Unitech Manufactures all kinds of Sheet Metal Parts for Automotive Industry. Our Products Include Fuel Tanks, Silencers, Handle Bars, Swing Arm, Brake Pedal, Bike Main Stand, Engine Fuel and Oil Pipes, Hydraulic high Pressure Hose Pipes, Brake Assembly, Brake Shoe, Bulk Head Foot Step, Bundy Tubes, and many more for Tractor, Motorcycle, 3-wheeler, and Car Industry.

We have fully computerized control operated Nickel & Chrome Electroplating line, Progressive Production lines capable of producing 80,000 pcs /shift, Mechanical Presses (25 – 200 Ton), Hydraulic Presses (Up to 500 Ton), CNC Pipe Bending, All types of Welding Facilities, CO2 Welding Robots, In-house paint line, along with other state of the art machinery which gives us the edge over our competitors. We are committed to use latest and state of the art machinery and processes to reduce cost, increase reliability for on time deliveries to customers with high quality standard products and parts.

We are equipped with SAP Business One ERP which is the backbone of our management system. Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control system ensures that our products are tailored as per customer requirements. We work with drawings, jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, lab equipment to minimize human error. Our in house Development Department can cater to any sheet metal/pipe part in the minimum time possible with the help of CAD/CAM designing and 3D modeling. All of our development is done from China to ensure the material and quality of our production for high volume production parts.
